SWIMOVATE is a pioneering British company that designs and manufactures POOLMATE swimming training watches. Sea:
The new software of POOLMATE2, POOLMATE PLUS, POOLMATE LIVE, makes the same measurements in swimming in the sea (except of course the pool rounds).
The new POOLMATE PLUS includes the PC connection cable for transferring, recording, analyzing and archiving all workouts.
However, it can transfer the above data wirelessly, without the need to create a pair, to Android Smartphones and Tablets (upgrade is expected for communication with iOS).
Wireless data transfer is done with NFC encryption. The data can be transferred to social media via the Smartphone / Tablet so the user can send it, communicate and compare with other users.
Computer cable for transferring recorded data includes POOLMATE LIVE and POOLMATE HR. In these models the screen is a matrix for greater clarity. POOLMATE LIVE also has the software for swimming in the open sea, while its battery can be replaced by the user.
The POOLMATE HR also includes a real-time heart rate monitor in the water! This function is unique, while the heart rate monitor works normally and out of water, ie it is addressed to those who want to combine swimming with any other aerobic exercise. The POOLMATE HR has a rechargeable battery via USB cable.
POOLMATE are made of steel and rubber, with very good quality standards. They are waterproof in 5 ATMs. They have a 12-month warranty.
